Holly Fic | Henderson Family Law Lawyer

Holly is a seasoned Nevada attorney with more than 25 years of litigation experience focused on family law, guardianship, domestic violence, child welfare, and complex discovery matters.

Holly graduated from UNLV for both undergraduate and law school. She is from the Charter Class of the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2001, finishing in the top third of her class.

Holly has served as a Pro Tem Hearing Master in Clark County for guardianship, mental health, domestic violence, and Family Court discovery matters. Her extensive courtroom experience, practical litigation approach, and commitment to service have earned her a respected reputation within the Nevada family law community.

One of her most recent proud victories involved successfully litigating the custody of a dog, where the Court also awarded attorney’s fees to her client.
