Hope served as an enforcement attorney for the United States Securities & Exchange Commission ("SEC") for two years prior to going into private practice. She received a B.A. in Honors Economics from theUniversity of Pennsylvania, 1976, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1979.
