Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

We represented a broker-dealer before FINRA and successfully concluded the matter with no fine or other form of sanction. This is very unusual and made our client ecstatically happy.

How did you build a successful practice?

By treating clients like we would like to be treated if we were clients.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Very important in litigation matters since judicial practice and temperament as well as prejudice often play a role in litigation.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

We are highly skilled in our areas of law and if we are not highly skilled, we will work hard to refer the matter to someone who is highly skilled in the relevant area of law.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Helping the client solve a complex legal problem.
