About Howard

Howard Jaffe, Esquire practices real estate law, contract law and general law with a concentration in residential real estate transactions. He has over 15 years of experience representing residential buyers and sellers. He has been admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1992. He has been admitted to practice in the District of New Jersey Federal Court in 1993 and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Federal Courts since 1994. He is a Certified Arbitrator with the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County. In addition to his experience in real estate, Mr. Jaffe's prior experience includes general litigation in courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has also worked with athletes and entertainers in contract review and document review concerning professional sports contracts and talent agreements. Mr. Jaffe holds a B.A. Degree from George Washington University (1988) and a J.D. Degree from Widener University School of Law (1992). He is a member of the Philadelphia County Bar Association. Mr. Jaffe is active in community, operating a men's ice hockey club, and creating an annual charity hockey game raising money for various no profit organizations. In 2003 he co-created a nationally published book about professional ice hockey.
