The Principal Attorney and CEO at LloydWinter, P.C., Jody is responsible for all aspects of legal representation and business management. He ensures each client receives an exceptional standard of service. Jody personally oversees the management of LloydWinter, P.C., including client intake, representation in court, case management, and point of contact. His expertise in business and real estate law as well as personal injury representation allows him to bring personable legal assistance to his community and beyond. Accomplished Experience: Prior to founding LloydWinter, P.C., Jody worked with the firm Gilmore, Wood, Vinnard & Magness in Fresno, California. There he practiced civil litigation in a variety of business and commercial cases. He practiced real estate and business litigation, including a published constitutional opinion in the matter of Tosi et al. v. County of Fresno (2008) 161 Cal.App.4th 799. Dedicated to Service: Jody has been dedicated to serving the public and fighting for the rights of others from a young age. He has served as a campus coordinator and several other volunteer roles at The Well Community Church (www.thewellcommunity.org) in Fresno where he continues to lead in the small group ministry.
