About Ian
Ian Ray Mitchell is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Mitchell received his law degree from the University of Colorado in 2003. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado in 1996. Mr. Mitchell is admitted to practice law in the States of Colorado and Arizona and the United States District Court for the Districts of Colorado and Arizona. Mr. Mitchell has also litigated cases in Wyoming and Utah. His practice emphasizes complex civil litigation cases involving first party claims, commercial and contractual disputes including contract litigation, indemnification and tender assessments, premises liability, personal injury claims, motor vehicle and common carrier accidents, employment disputes, and a specialty in worker’s compensation subrogation.
