Chimere Chisolm Trimble is an award-winning attorney and passionate leader in the Georgia legal community, known for her work throughout South Georgia and the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Mr. Miller has closed as Bond counsel over two-hundred sixty-five (265) bond issues in fifteen (15) states – Alabama, California, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia. Mr. Miller also represents the Development Authority of Bibb County. Mr. Miller specializes in acting as Bond counsel for the financing of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, manufacturing facilities, and low to moderate income housing projects. He has participated in several hospital and exempt facility financings as well. At Sell & Melton LLP, at which he has been managing partner for over 20 years, Mr. Miller has amassed considerable experience in the field of public/municipal finance and in structuring and successfully completing wills and difficult financings.
