Mr. Stein represents parties to civil and criminal actions in state and federal courts and other tribunals. He has handled numerous jury trials, bench trials, proceedings before arbitration tribunals, mediation sessions, and appeals, including appeals to the Supreme Court of Illinois. James “Jim” B. Goldberg received his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from the John Marshall Law School. He also received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from DePaul University.
