With over 25 years of experience, Wayne started out representing insurance companies as defense counsel. Since 1993 he has represented "plaintiffs only" in personal injury, workers' compensation, disability, and wrongful termination/discrimination/retaliation cases. In addition to being a trial lawyer he has served as an Adjunct Professor of law as well as a guest judge for trial team competitions at his alma mater Stetson University College of Law. It was at Stetson University College of Law where Kevin was a member of the National Championship Trial Competition Team and received the Ralph Harris Ferrell competition award for individual excellence in intercollegiate competitions. It was also at Stetson where he clerked with Chief Judge Demers from the 6th Judicial Circuit who acknowledged Kevin in his DUI manual every year since its inception for his assistance in this crucial manuscripts preparation. Drew Ben Hudgins, Esquire, has successfully represented injured people throughout Florida since 1982. Mr. Hudgins was born and grew up in Tampa, Florida, where he attended Gorrie Elementary, Wilson Junior High School and Jesuit High School. In 1978, he received his B.A. from Auburn University, and went on to attain his J.D. from Walter F. George School of Law Mercer University in 1981. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Colorado. In 1971, the Boy Scouts of America certified Mr. Hudgins as an Eagle Scout and he served as a Cub Master of Cub Pack 22 from 2008 to 2010 in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Hudgins served as Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 22 Tampa Florida from 2012-2018. In 1986, the Florida Trial Lawyers Association (currently known as the Florida Justice Association) accepted Mr. Hudgins into the President’s Club. He was also honored to receive his Certificate of Achievement from the Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute in 2002.
