The Petkovich Law Firm is rooted in the practice of state and federal criminal defense. We represent clients pre and post-arrest for offenses ranging from DUI to Drug Trafficking to Murder. Our Founder's 40+ jury trials and hundreds of hours spent in court advocating for her clients led us to the litigation intensive world of family law. While fighting for our clients is our number one priority, we likewise explore desired pretrial resolutions to their fullest extent. Oftentimes, the goal is to prepare for trial in order to avoid trial. Our Firm also represent clients dealing with immigration law issues. Not only can we assist with the Naturalization process but we likewise handle matters, among others, dealing with the Immigration Consequences of a Criminal Conviction, Family-Based Immigration, Employment-Based Immigration, and Removal & Deportation Defense.
