About J.
J. Bradley Compere joined the law firm of HernandezSimpson PLLC in 2008 as a senior associate, practicing transactional work and litigation with a focus on construction, real estate, business, insurance and general corporate matters. Mr. Compere was previously with the Austin firm of Chamberlain McHaney, where he practiced in the areas of general litigation, construction, real estate, insurance, and premises and products liability.
Mr. Compere graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Spanish. He earned his law degree in 2000 from St. Mary's University School of Law. He is a member of the Austin Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association and Austin Young Lawyers Association, where he serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Docket Call Committee.
Mr. Compere is a contributing author for the Texas Association of Defense Counsel Evidence Law Newsletter and has authored published papers in the areas of construction law, products liability and insurance law. He participated as a presenter and speaker for the Texas/OU Kickoff Continuing Education Seminar in Dallas, Texas in 2006 and 2007.
