Mr. Wills joined Cummins Inc. in 2000 and worked as an electronic controls engineer, working on both engine and aftertreatment controls. His work experience included electronic components, algorithm design, dynamic controls, failure mode analysis, and catalytic component controls. He has about a dozen patents and patents pending as inventor and co-inventor.
Mr. Wills attended law school while working, and received his J.D. in August 2005 from the Indiana University School of Law
