Jack A. Gold - Jack Gold heads the firm's appellate division . He is a member of the Amicus Committee of the D.C. Trial Lawyers Association (Chair, 2001-03), a member of the Amicus Committee of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Appellate Courts Committee of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia. Jack received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1992, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1982. Recently, Jack has been involved in class action litigation on behalf of policy holders against major insurance companies, a successful sexual harassment case against a Fortune 500 company, and representation of former Montgomery County Police Chief Charles Moose in his First Amendment battle to publish his book, "Three Weeks in October."
