About Jack

Jack V. Valinoti joined the firm in July 2002 as a senior associate in the litigation department.

Jack received his B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University and received his J.D., cum laude, in 1991 from New York Law School where he served as Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. Jack began his practice in New York City, where he gained experience in products liability, complex commercial and securities fraud litigation. He was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey in 1991, in New York in 1992 and in California in 2001.

Jack has developed a broad commercial litigation practice focusing on general business, real property, contracts fraud, collection, judgment enforcement, unfair competition, and asbestos defense. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation including investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial work and appeals in state and federal court. Jack drafts and successfully argues motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, and represents the firm's clients at motion hearings, settlement conferences, trials, mediations and arbitrations.

Jack enjoys hiking Mt. Tamalpais, exploring National Parks and coaching in the Twin Cities Little League.
