Tim Watson, Sr. is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law and has been practicing law in Northeast Arkansas for the past 45 years. Over the years, Tim Sr. developed a reputation for competence and professionalism, and is one of the most highly-regarded general practice attorneys in the region. In 2013 he was recognized by Martindale Hubbell, an attorney-rating agency, for having scored the “Highest Possible Rating in Both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards” for 25 years straight. In late 2017, he was asked to serve as a Circuit Judge for a special, one-year term. He finished that term on 31 December 2018, and returned to the practice of law. He is currently available to take clients. While he is highly competent in all areas of practice, he specializes in real estate matters, and the management and planning of estates.
