What should clients look for in a lawyer?Honesty, Reputation and Integrity. Don't go with a lawyer who promises you a certain outcome in your initial discussion/consultation.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Very important. You must know the prosecutors and the Judges and how they operate on the Criminal Defense side. On the Family law side, you should be familiar with the Judges, Opposing Counsel and Mediators. It's important to know which mediator to use for a particular case. That can be the difference in the outcome for your client.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?Fees. The approximate timeline of their legal case. Applicable strategies for their case.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?The truth about what happened in their situation. What type of payment plan they can afford.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I'm tall. I'm 6'8".
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Helping people.
What are your other interests in addition to law?Sports. Finance. Entrepreneurship.
