About Jad

Jad Stepp is the Managing Shareholder of Stepp & Sullivan, P.C., a Houston-based firm that focuses on family, personal injury and business litigation, as well as Probate, Elder Law and Guardianship.  He is also certified by the State of Texas in mediation which is a fine option to settle conflicts for those who do not wish to go to trial over their disputes.  For over 35 years he has been trying lawsuits in both federal and state court and has been the lead trial lawyer in complex litigation in many areas.

Jad is a graduate of the University of Texas and St. Mary’s School of Law. He clerked for the Honorable Owen Cox and Honorable Hayden Head, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Jad is licensed to practice in adjoining and federal courts of Texas, the United States Supreme Court, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jad is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubble, has a 10 Rating by AVVO, has been named by his peers for the past 15 years to Who’s Who Legal in Aviation and Chairs the Board Certification Committee for the Texas State Bar Section of Aviation.
