James A. Meggesto has been practicing as a trial lawyer for over 40 years. He is a graduate of Niagara University who served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War prior to attending and graduating from Syracuse University College of Law. In addition to being an active trial practice in medical malpractice, personal injury, matrimonial, and contract disputes, he continues to serve on committees for the Onondaga County Bar Association and lectures for the New York State Bar Association and the National Business Institute. In light of his experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in his trial practice, he is increasingly sought out as a mediator and an arbitrator to the profession.
