Attorney James C. Ward has practiced law for over ten years and specializes in Family Law and Probate Cases. In the past decade, he has handled a wide variety of divorces, including cases dealing with high conflict custody disputes, property division, spousal and child support, and a number of other matters related to family law disputes. James also handles many probate matters, including trust distributions and will contests. He is well versed in counseling clients in estate planning and in drafting their wills and trusts. James has enjoyed significant successes for his clients in both of these fields and while he always aims to work cooperatively to achieve the best result for all parties during difficult situations, he is a staunch advocate for his clients.
Prior to focusing on family law and probate matters James worked in a variety of legal fields, including large-scale consumer class actions, land management, and property law.
