I have spent over twenty years representing employees (occasionally small employers) in their disputes over wages, sales commissions, bonuses, salaries and other employment related problems with their employers.
In almost three hundred cases filed in state and federal court, I have represented gardeners, janitors, restaurant workers, constructions workers, engineers, lawyers, doctors, computer programmers, and other types of employees over the past 10 years.
I speak Spanish and my staff speaks Spanish. One of my hobbies is computer programming. I have studied Python, C and Java. Presently, I am teaching my son Python using Raspbian API for Minecraft.
I graduated from U.C Berkeley with a degree in History in 1982, then obtained my JD from the University of San Francisco in 1991. I passed the bar on my first attempt and was admitted in May 1993.
