James Long has practiced in the Central Illinois area for the last twenty years. Mr. Long’s practice is concentrated in personal injury litigation. He has considerable experience in the circuit courts of more than ten counties located in the East Central Illinois area as well as counties as far west as Knox County, Illinois. In addition to his jury trial experience, Mr. Long has been involved in the resolution of many cases though arbitration, mediation and settlement.
Mr. Long has tried breach of contract, auto liability and premises liability claims. In addition, he has handled a large variety of cases dealing with personal and professional liability.
Mr. Long earned his B.A. in history from the University of Illinois. He received his J.D. from Wake Forest University College of Law. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
