Mr. Robertson serves of counsel to the firm of Stewart Howard, P.C. He is licensed in Alabama state and federal courts, where he has tried cases for 30 years, including class actions, products and premises liability, trucking, insurance and commercial disputes, arbitrations, stock broker fraud and lender liability (Wells Fargo, Barclays Bank, and other banking defendants), and successfully appealed a case to the United States Supreme Court. He also advises clients on wills, estates, and real estate matters, and represents clients in domestic courts.
