Attorney James R. Fleischer is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he obtained his bachelor degree in political science. He obtained his juris doctorate from North Carolina Central University and has practiced in the foothills region of North Carolina since his admittance to the bar in 2012.
He has served as a board member of the Caldwell County United Way since 2013. He is an active member at his church and other civic organizations in Caldwell and Catawba counties.
Mr. Fleischer is married and the proud father of three boys aged 3, 9 and 11. He is a lover of the outdoors and enjoys running, playing golf, playing tennis and exploring all the activities the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer.
