Jim Lutz is the senior partner of Lutz, Cornetet, Meyer & Rush Co., L.P.A. Jim is a seasoned litigator and business attorney. For more than 35 years, his practice has been concentrated in:
Utilizing alternate dispute resolution methods as well as court procedures when necessary, Jim is skilled in resolving claims and controversies prior to lengthy and costly litigation. He has served as an arbitrator in the court system and has mediated a variety of tort and business claims.
Jim served as President of Infran, Inc., a franchise consulting company, and as Vice President and general counsel of ECF Industries, Inc., a conglomerate in the health care field. He was appointed by the Governor of Ohio to serve on the Ohio Private Industry Council and is recognized in Who's Who in American Law. He has consistently received the highest attorney peer rating by a national rating service.
Jim Lutz studied law at Duke University Law School and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Cincinnati Law School. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Cincinnati Bar Association, where he served as Chairman of the Negligence Law Committee.
