Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I recently resolved a case where a client was facing eviction due to loss of income following a car accident. If the matter was not settled quickly, she and her children would have faced being homeless. I was able to expedite an excellent settlement despite the time constraints my client's personal situation imposed. She was ecstatic and very grateful for the results we obtained and efforts provided.

Hard work and listening to my client's concerns.

Someone who listens and has the experience to apply the law to their personal situation.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Very important. A lawyer needs to understand that venue plays a major role in the outcome of cases.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
It depends upon the amount of information provided at the time. Generally, however, I am able to give prospective clients a good overview of the strengths and weaknesses of their case.

I really just like to know the basics of the their situation. Additional information is often obtained later.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I think I listen closely to clients and have a knack for explaining their options to them in a way they can understand and appreciate.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Helping people who need it most.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Enjoying my family. Movies. Hiking. Travel.
