Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
James Nugent obtained a reversal on appeal of a prejudgment remedy granted against his client. Reversals of these orders are rare due to the low standard of proof required for a PJR. The reversal was based on the opposing party's violation of its own contractual provision which established venue and jurisdiction in another state. The reversal led to a prompt settlement.
How did you build a successful practice?
My practice was built with diligence responsiveness and positive results. Over the years this established a rapport and my reputation within e local bar which has led to repeated referrals within my area of concentration.

I have 33 years of experience solving complicated financial problems for individuals and businesses and I have analyzed complex facts and issues over the years. There are several options available and I can recommend the ones which are most appropriate.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
I concentrate on saving people s homes businesses and property. It is especially rewarding to know that at the end of the day I have helped someone keep something they have worked hard to build for themselves.

A wide variety including numerous athletics reading travel education and social issues.
Are you involved in your community?
I have volunteered to serve as the Chairman of my local high school building committee which just completed a 10 year project for a like- new renovation of the high school. This was a complex time consuming but rewarding experience.
