How did you build a successful practice?
I am available to my clients, I answer their calls and respond to their concerns. I follow the motto that I am your attorney, you are my client, not my customer...I have to tell you the truth, tell you the good and the bad.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
I practice in the Federal Bankruptcy court, the Alameda County Superior Court, Stanislaus Superior Court and San Joaquin Superior Court on a daily basis. I feel a local lawyer who has built a practice and built relationships within a community will have more tools at his disposal to resolve or win a case.

A free consultation is an opportunity to identify the legal issue in play, identify whether or not it is an issue that I am able to handle or if a different Attorney may be better suited for the job and to attempt to give a reasonable good faith estimate of what a case might cost.
