About James
James P.E. Roen has an AV Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating which is based upon his legal ability and professional ethics. Mr. Roen focuses his practice in the area of Complex Commercial Litigation at the state and federal levels. He has extensive experience in Commercial, Real Estate and Business Litigation as well as the Uniform Commercial Code and Contract Litigation. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Roen had 15 years experience in real estate in the areas of commercial, industrial, retail, and office sales and leasing.
