About James

Any attorney can put up a flashy website. The question you need to ask yourself is, “Can my attorney take my case to trial?”

In the past 2 years, I have won more felony jury trials in San Bernardino County than any other attorney.

The prosecutors know which defense attorneys will take a case to trial when necessary and which ones won’t. The attorneys who don’t try cases don’t get the same deals on plea bargains as the attorneys who do.

Before you hire an attorney, ask to see the case numbers for his or her trials over the last year. If they haven’t tried any cases in a year, they won’t be trying your case either. Instead, they’ll be helping the prosecutor get you to plead guilty to whatever the prosecutor wants.

When it comes down to choosing the right attorney, you will want a proven winner by your side, not someone who works for the prosecution.

The prosecutors and judges know which attorneys will actually take a case to trial, so should you.
