    He has represented companies before local zoning bodies, city councils and county commissions, and in court.  Mr. Reist has represented employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Human Rights Division of the State of New Mexico , the Office of Civil Rights of the United States Department of Education, the New Mexico Department of Labor, and in court.

  • Mr. Reist is a member of the American Bar Association (Section of Science and Technology Law, Section of Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Law, and Section of Business Law), the State Bar of New Mexico, and the Albuquerque Bar Association.  He serves as co-chair of the Ethics Advisory Committee of the State Bar of New Mexico.
