About Jami

Jami is committed to making estate planning as easy and fulfilling as possible. Jami’s practice is focused on estate planning, and she especially enjoys working with young families, the elderly, unmarried couples, and individuals who hope to protect their family wealth from creditors and predators. Her overall practice areas include estate planning; asset protection planning; elder law and long-term care planning; business advising; special needs trusts; guardianships; and guardian ad litem work.

Jami brings a strong business background to the firm, and a passion for entrepreneurship.  She has created, or has helped create as a team, several successful businesses.  In addition, she has a background in sales, marketing, and community leadership.  It is for these reasons she enjoys assisting small business owners with issues that commonly arise -- formation, employment issues, contracts, leases, and succession planning.  Jami particularly enjoys working with women-owned businesses, minority-owned businesses, nonprofits, and family businesses.

All fees will be agreed upon up front. Most matters can be handled for a flat fee so you know what to expect. We will consider reasonable barter proposals and payment plans. We offer a sliding scale for clients who earn less than $50,000 annually.
