We will act diligently in managing your case. There will be no delays. Cases will be managed properly to ensure that no delay occurs as the result of the work performed by the Hernan Law Firm. Delays caused by third parties cannot always be avoided, such as an adjuster taking a little extra time to respond to a settlement demand; however, we will closely monitor such cases to ensure that any such delays are minimized to the highest extent within our control.

We will maintain excellent lines of communication. We strive to return phone calls on the same day. Most phone calls received before 3:00pm will be returned the same day, generally within two (2) hours. We will keep you up to date on the progress of your case with regular updates. You don’t have to call us to find out what is going on with your case. We will contact you by your preferred method of communication (phone or email) to give you regular updates and keep you informed and actively engaged in the progress of your case.

We go above the call of duty and provide you with the cell phone number of an attorney. You will be given the direct, personal cell phone number of the attorney handling your case. You can always reach the attorney or staff handling your case in the office, or if the attorney is not available in the office you may always call him directly on his cell phone.

Our office will answer all telephone calls live 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. No matter what time you call our office, a live person will answer your call. After hours, our attendants will take down information and provide the attorney or staff handling your case the information you have provided. In an emergency, the attorney or staff can be reached at all hours.

We will uphold the confidentiality of our relationship. The attorney-client relationship is protected by strong confidentiality provisions that allow attorneys and their clients to always have open communication. The attorney and staff of the Hernan Law Firm maintain the highest levels of confidentiality for all of our clients, have measures in place to avoid conflicts of interest between clients and work hard to enable our clients to feel comfortable completely opening up with us about their case or situation.
