The Mark Law Firm offers a variety of legal agreements:  Contingency, Hourly and/or blended rates.   We outline for you our costs and fees upfront so there are no surprises.
The Firm specializes in areas of Wrongful Termination, Harassment, Discrimination; Personal Injury such as slip and fall and auto accidents; and Workers Compensation.

We offer three fee structures: Contingency (we don't get paid unless you do); Hourly (based upon the type and complexity of your case) Blended Rate (mixture of both contingency and hourly) We offer these three rate structures after speaking to you about your case, and you agreeing to our recommendation.
