Mr. Jared Julian, Private Law Practice

Jared W. Julian, formerly of McCracken, Taylor & Julian, P.C., is a founding member of Julian, Crowder & Shuster, P.C. His practice focus is Family Law & Criminal Law.

Mr. Julian is a North Texas native having grown up in Plano, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University and Sam Houston State University. He graduated in 1996, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He is a former licensed Texas Peace Officer and served in law enforcement before leaving to attend law school. Mr. Julian obtained his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2001, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association for 2000-2001. Mr. Julian was recognized multiple times by the school for academic excellence. He was also a member and Associate Editor of the Texas Wesleyan University Law Review.

As stated above, Mr. Julian has chosen to focus his career on family and criminal law in the North Texas area. Combined, he has handled hundreds of cases in Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant Counties.

Family Law - Mr. Julian represents members of the North Texas community in almost every aspect of family law. His family law cases include highly-contested Divorce and Child Custody proceedings, Paternity Suits, Child Support, Child Custody Modifications, Enforcement Actions (both prosecuting and defending), Intervenor and Grandparent Rights cases, as well as, Termination and CPS Actions. Mr. Julian is experienced in complex negotiation and financial analysis. He is also holds a certificate as a Mediator and is a strong advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution when appropriate.

Criminal Defense - Mr. Julian has also successfully defended many criminal cases, including, but not limited to, D.W.I. & D.U.I. cases, Assault and Family Violence cases, Marijuana and Drug Possession, Child Abuse, and many, many other types of Misdemeanor and Felony cases. He has handled all areas of criminal matters ranging from Class C traffic violations through 1st Degree Felonies.

Mr. Julian is a member in good-standing of the State Bar of Texas. He is also a member of the College of the State Bar, an honorary society of lawyers who are among the best trained attorneys in Texas. Members are qualified attorneys who are interested in both high ethical standards and improved training for all Texas attorneys. Mr. Julian maintains membership in the American Bar Association, Denton County Bar Association and Dallas County Bar Association, as well as, Texas Young Lawyers Association.

Mr. Julian is licensed and admitted to practice law in all Courts of the State of Texas, as well as, the United States District Courts Eastern District of Texas and Northern District of Texas.
