We currently charge fees on a case-by-case basis. Almost all of our criminal fees are flat fee cases taken for the duration of the representation for a single fee. When charging by the hour, my criminal hourly fee is $350/hour. We can also break down fees into pre-arrest, post-arrest, and trial fees, if that serves the best interest of our clients. Personal injury cases are generally charged 33% contingency fees, or 40% if litigation is necessary. We risk the expenses of these cases by not collecting a fee unless we collect an award at trail or settlement - whichever is in client's best interest.
