QUESTIONNAIRE
A client should look for a lawyer who listens to their concerns at the initial consultation. If a lawyer is quick to offer a fast resolution, he has not asked enough questions after the client finishes talking. The initial consultation should be conversational, and the client should feel comfortable.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?I can generally provide a prior result from a similar case in the past. This is to show the client that I have handled this type of case in the past, and to show the results were favorable. However, you always tell the client that no results, even with successful prior results, are promised.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?I need their contact information in case the initial consultation must be cut short or rescheduled. I also like to know as much background information as possible, including any documentation to support their claims.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?I enjoy helping clients achieve the goals they wanted to reach.
Are you involved in your community?I am the Cubmaster of a local Cub Scout Pack. I am also a member of the Azalea City Civic Club. We raise money through community events and donate all monies to local charities.
