Mr Jason M Ellison, Partner/Shareholder

Mr. Ellison earned his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2007.  Mr. Ellison was a member of the Stetson Trial Team while Stetson was rated first in America for Trial Advocacy by U.S. News & World Report.  Further accomplishments include assisting in the foundation of the Student Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Committee (SRC) for the State of Florida, whereby students from all of Florida 's law schools participated directly with members of the Florida Bar's section for Real Property, Probate and Trust Law.  As one of its founders and the first Chairman of this new organization, the first of its kind in Florida, Mr. Ellison made strong connections with the leaders in the legal community across the State of Florida in the areas of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law.

Mr. Ellison is admitted to practice law in all Florida State Courts as well as before the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.  Mr. Ellison is a member of the Florida Bar and the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
