About Jason
As an advisor with a wealth of experience handling the legal issues related to commercial real estate portfolios, Jason counsels clients in all aspects of commercial real estate. Jason represents landlords and tenants in negotiating and securing retail, office, and ground leases and resolving landlord/tenant disputes.
Additionally, he represents both buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of various types of real estate, including retail, multifamily, office, and industrial. Jason also helps his real estate clients negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements, SNDAs, estoppel certificates, licenses, contractor agreements, architect agreements, and other professional service and real estate agreements.
Before joining Moye White, Jason managed the nationwide portfolio for a Fortune 500 healthcare company as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to that, he was part of a team representing national and local restaurant retailers, negotiating hundreds of retail/restaurant leases.
Jason enjoys cooking, eating, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
