About Jason
Jason A. Shrive is an associate in the Health Care Practice Group, where he concentrates his practice on the areas of medical and dental malpractice defense. He also practices in the areas of civil rights/Constitutional claims defense and employment defense. He joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in August 2009, shortly after graduating from law school. Jason is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
After graduating from law school in the state of Florida, Jason and his wife, Jennifer, moved home to Scranton, Pennsylvania to begin his career in the practice of law in the town where they grew up, in order to give back to the community that had given them so much and to be close to friends and family.
Jason graduated from Stetson University College of Law, in St. Petersburg, Florida, in 2009. While in law school he completed over forty (40) hours of pro bono service and was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. He also completed leadership training and was awarded a leadership certificate from the Student Leadership Development Committee. Prior to attending law school, Jason graduated cum laude from the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science and a minor in history.
It is his goal to work to zealously represent the interests of his clients in and out of the courtroom.
Jason is married to the former Jennifer Lynch and they reside in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
