Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I had clients come to me practically in tears. They had paid a significant legal fee for an estate plan and received documents totaling over 100 pages, which they did not understand. For a fraction of the original fee, I put together a revised estate plan, streamlined by 75% and they went away happy with an estate plan they understood and which met their goals.
How did you build a successful practice?
By communicating often with clients, patiently addressing their issues, trying to keep fees reasonable and only undertaking matters for which I could intelligently provide service.
