We make a big difference in most of our cases, because we only take a case if we can help the client. If not, we explain why and tell them what to do themselves. In many cases in the past year, we make sure the client knows what to do and not do, what to expect, who to not talk to, we help them get medical treatment, even if they do not have health insurance. Tmt is the basis of any pi claim, it is a must. Photos also very important. By doing these things that we have learned from 30 years or experience, and up to date research and study, we often settle a client's case for 10 times what they were offered by the insurance adjuster. The case values are usually 3 or 4 times the total of gross medical expenses, gross as compared to the reduced amount we negotiate to repay upon recovery. The difference, usually at least half or 60%, goes to the client as part of their settlement, plus pain and suffering, lost earnings, and more.
