Houston DUI & Criminal Defense Attorney
My practice is dedicated to defending citizens charged with the criminal offenses, with an emphasis on representing individuals charged with alcohol related offenses. I regularly help persons charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), driving under the influence (DUI), boating while intoxicated (BWI), and administrative license revocation (ALR) hearings.
Although based in Houston, I have represented DWI, DUI, and ALR clients all over Texas. I also have successfully represented many persons charged with other crimes such as drug possession, theft and assault in Texas, but also, in the federal system.
I strive to help clients on both a legal basis, and if appropriate, on a personal basis, that is, by providing information and assistance on matters involving drug and alcohol dependency.

Trained and qualified by (N.H.T.S.A.) National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, certified instructor in the administering of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
