About Jeffrey

Jeff Alter joined Anesi, Ozmon as a clerk while still in law school, and returned shortly after graduation as an attorney.  In the years since, being an advocate for injured workers, he has focused his practice in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Police Pension, and Social Security Law, achieving notable success at every level up through the Appellate Court of Illinois.

Among his professional accomplishments, Jeff is a past Committee Chair and seminar speaker of note for the Chicago Bar Association, as well as an author of two chapters in the Workers' Compensation Notebook, published by the Illinois Trial Lawyers' Association.  Admitted to the bar in the State of Illinois and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Jeff is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers' Association, the American Association for Justice, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association.
