EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:

Jeff is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, Inc. the International Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He is also a member of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida, the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He was a Special Assistant Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Pinellas County, Florida, from January, 1976, through June, 1976, and was a clerk for the United States Magistrate Paul Game, Jr., United States District Court, Tampa, Florida, from June, 1976, until February, 1977, when he came to this firm. Jeff is member of the Trial Lawyers Section of both the American and Florida Bar Associations, The Appellate Practice and Tort Insurance Law Sections of the American Bar Association, and the Business Section of the International Bar Association. His practice also includes commercial and business tort litigation, as well as employment litigation.
