Mr. Garton concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal, school,corporate and real estate law. He has significant experience in municipal andschool law, and has served as Solicitor to numerous municipal entities,authorities and public schools including, but not limited to, Central BucksSchool District, Centennial School District, Bucks County Community College,Lower Makefield Township, Doylestown Township, and the Bucks County Water &Sewer Authority.
Mr. Garton has resided in Bucks County for most of his life. He graduatedfrom Gettysburg College, located in Gettysburg, PA, in 1969. He received hisJ.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1972. He was employed by the BucksCounty District Attorney's Office as an Assistant and Deputy District Attorneyand was hired as an Associate at Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP in 1978. Hebecame a partner in 1981.
Mr. Garton serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the BucksCounty Conservation District. He is a member of the Bucks County, Pennsylvaniaand American Bar Associations.
