About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Kirby was born in Virginia and raised on the Gulf Coast of northwest Florida. Mr. Kirby completed his undergraduate work at Florida State University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Affairs. Mr. Kirby would go on to earn his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Kirby moved to South Florida in the summer of 1990. He works in all manners of plaintiff personal injury law, including auto accidents, premises slip and fall, and nursing home abuse and neglect.
Mr. Kirby began his career in personal injury defense, working on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured businesses. He made the switch to plaintiff work in 2000. For over 15 years, Mr. Kirby has been representing victims of personal injury and negligence actions.
During his entire career, he has worked for only four law firms, holding positions that range from senior associate to shareholder.
Mr. Kirby is a member of many professional organizations, including the Palm Beach County Bar and the Palm Beach County Justice Association.
