About Jeffrey
Jeffrey R. Kelley brings 28 years of private law practice to Kelley Law Firm, P.C. He has a wide breadth of legal experience in diverse areas of the law, including both civil and criminal matters. His practice has primarily involved personal injury matters including automobile, motorcycle and commercial vehicle collisions, premises liability matters (actions against both private and governmental land owners and entities), and co-counsel on medical malpractice cases. Jeff has also handled complex domestic relation matters, including marital property and asset valuation and division, paternity, child support and custody issues. He has also handled probate, real property, employment, discrimination, business contract disputes, business acquisitions and commercial property due diligence matters.
He has been appointed by the Arapahoe County District Court to chair condemnation panels for property valuation trials and appointed in numerous child custody matters as a Guardian ad litem. Jeff, a Colorado native, currently limits his practice to plaintiff’s representation on personal injury matters.
Mr. Kelley has earned a life membership in the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. There are over 4000 members through the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
