About Jennifer

I am a family law attorney, practicing in the Houston area (Harris, Fort Bend and Montgomery counties).  I help my clients achieve their best possible financial and parenting outcomes with the least possible emotional and economic carnage during the divorce process.

My goal is to preserve the interpersonal relationships of the family while dissolving the legal status of the parties through respectful negotiation.  My practice includes collaborative law, traditional litigation and mediation services.  My clients receive the benefit of all these diverse tactical and educational skills in identifying their interests and plotting the course for the successful resolution of their cases using the method they feel best suits their priorities.

Fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Retainers are required A short telephone interview is free but a consultation is required prior to my being retained. A full consultation of one to one and a half hours is $300.00 My hourly rate is $300.00 per hour.
