About Jennifer

Ms. Ha immigrated to the United States when she was 11 months old and spent the majority of her upbringing in Utah. Prior to practicing law, she worked for five years as the lead policy analyst with the Utah Medical Education Council, and was the former city prosecutor for a municipality in Salt Lake County.

Ms. Ha is fluent in the Vietnamese language and has played an integral role in various community organizations throughout the country. She has served as a board member of the Vietnamese Community of Utah (VCU), head of the Miss Vietnamese Utah Pageant, Emcee of the Annual Lunar New Year Celebration for various organizations, and television host for the Dorchester House "Healthy Times" series in Boston, Massachusetts.
