About Jennifer
Jennifer Timmeney Callahan is a shareholder in the firm's Scranton office who concentrates her practice in workers' compensation litigation. She has practiced in this area of the law since 1991 and has handled approximately 1,000 workers' compensation matters to date.
Jennifer has represented a large number of school districts and many other entities in workers' compensation matters. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lackawanna County Bar Association, and Northeastern Claims Association.
Her extensive knowledge of and experience in her field of concentration has lead to Jennifer being invited to teach workers' compensation courses on an advanced level.
